The Royalty Series (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Royalty Books”, “Royalty Book Series”, “JBYS” or “JBYS Creations”) respects the privacy of its users and is fully committed to protecting their personal data and use it in accordance with data privacy laws.

 

Where you are a User and it is necessary for us to fulfill our contract with you or where it is in our legitimate interests to provide our services/products, we will confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support (including via email), operate your account with us and invoice you.

 

For the aforementioned purposes, we collect information that may contain the following personal data:

Name;

Company name;

Shipping information;

Email address and phone number;

Payment and billing information (payment method details, first and last digits of your payment card); Order handling information

The Royalty Series Affiliate

Return Policy

The LULU Publishing's return policy is: "If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, they are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through their online Customer support form.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective, please take a photo, go to > Contact Support and submit a support request. Don't forget to attach your photo(s).

 

Please note that variance is normal in the print-on-demand process and can result in slight shifting in your content or variations in ink color/coverage. Please review their PDF Creation Settings to help determine if your item is damaged/defective or if you are seeing normal variance in the printing.

Shipping & Cancellations

The LULU Publishing's shipping & Cancellations policies are: "Lulu is a print-on-demand company, so any physical products purchased will need to be printed and bound before they are shipped to you. This includes books, yearbooks, photo books, comic books, calendars, and magazines. 

 

We produce books at our print facilities across the world including locations in France, Poland, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States and then ship the print products globally.

 

Our estimated production time for all printed products is 3-5 business days. 

 

Ebook orders are fulfilled immediately after purchase, and you will be able to download them without any delay."

"An order of a PRINT book placed in a Lulu account can be canceled within one hour in your Lulu account under Order History. Once a print book order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the source files, quantity, or shipping method for the order. We may be able to change the shipping address but cannot guarantee as it depends on the stage of the order. 

 

To request a change of shipping address, please contact our support team. Select Buying/My Order > Cancel/change my order in the dropdown. Provide the new shipping address in the description as the request is time-sensitive."

LOST IN TRANSIT

The LULU Publishing's Wrong or Missing Books policy is:

"If you received an item you didn't order, please go to >Contact Support and submit a support ticket.

 

If items are missing from your order, check your packing slip. If you don’t find the item(s) on the packing slip, it is possible that your order was printed at multiple facilities. Sign in to your Lulu account, go to My Account to view your Order History, and click on the order number in question. Check to see which items have shipped and which haven’t. Items should be separated by shipment. If items appear to be missing, please submit a support request at Help Center > Contact Support."
